SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride with the way we package our products, so please be rest assured that your order will receive a little extra TLC as we prepare them for their journey to its permanent home. Please be aware that plants go through a lot of stress while in transit, so please understand that some yellowing in the foliage and/or loss of a few leaves is very common.

We process our plant shipments on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Any other items will shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please understand that we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by severe weather and/or carrier.

RETURN POLICY

We will make sure that your plant is in good shape before we ship it out. If in any chance the plant arrives damaged (other than stress caused by shipping) we will gladly accept a return within 10 days upon receipt. Product must be in original condition.
